On the Exponential Decay of Correlation Functions*
We use the properties of subharmonic functions to prove the following results, First, for any lattice system with finite-range forces there is a gap in the spectrum of the transfer matrix, which persists in the thermodynamic limit, if the fugacity z lies in a region E of the complex plane that contains the origin and is free of zeros of the grand partition function (with periodic boundary condi...
متن کاملCorrelation Functions of a Lattice System
We deduce an integral equation for the infinite volume correlation functions of a class of lattice systems and we apply it to find results on the analyticity in the interaction potentials of the pressure and of the correlation functions and on the ergodicity of the equilibrium states in the gaseous phase. By similar methods we prove some cluster properties for the correlation functions in the g...

متن کاملInstanton traces in lattice gluon correlation functions
Strong coupling constant computed in Landau gauge and MOM renormalization scheme from lattice two and three gluon Green Functions exhibits an unexpected behavior in the deep IR, showing a maximum value around 1GeV. We analise this coupling below this maximum within a semiclassical approach, were gluon degrees of freedom at very low energies are described in terms of the classical solutions of t...
متن کاملDevelopment of Nonlinear Lattice-Hammerstein Filters for Gaussian Signals
In this paper, the nonlinear lattice-Hammerstein filter and its properties are derived. It is shown that the error signals are orthogonal to the input signal and also backward errors of different stages are orthogonal to each other. Numerical results confirm all the theoretical properties of the lattice-Hammerstein structure.
